Meter Reader provides your organisation with a low-cost, easy to implement solution to give you the power to enable your customers, agents or staff to remotely record the meter reading data. The product can collect any numeric data from, for example gas, electricity and water meters.

The product works by prompting your users for a unique id, and then collecting the actual meter read through touch pad instructions, and then either inputting the data into your existing database, or exporting the information via other electronic means.

It can collect numeric data directly from a phone connection, and the menu and structure are completely customisable.

This work can either be completed by you the customer utilising the unique flow-chart GUI in our product, or by our skilled professional services team.

Once the data is harvested, there are many output options:

• Directly entered into your existing corporate database
• Sent as an emailed file to a nominated email address (.csv, or .txt)
• FTPed to a specified FTP Server for collation

You can purchase this product outright in order to have it hosted on a server within your server room, or you can select our managed service, with our hosted solution. It's up to you.
