The product allows you to set up an online opinion poll, where your users are guided through a simple press button process to enable them to send their views back to your organisation.

This can be used to collect feedback regarding your company, product, or staff attitudes. It can collect numeric data directly from a a phone connection, the menu and structure are completely customisable, and you have the facility to allow the caller to leave a voice message to allow them to provide either further information or to enter them into a prize draw.

Once the data is harvested, there are many output options:

• FTPed to a specified FTP Server for collation
