Timesheet gives your company the ability to record off-site workers hours on a daily, weekly or ad-hoc basis, collecting the hours worked at the end of each shift or at a time suitable to the worker.

Ideally suited to organisations with many off-site workers who use a timesheet process, the product easily and quickly collects the information from the users and sends it in to the head office in an electronic format.

It can collect numeric data directly from a the touchtone keypad of an ordinary telephone, and the menu and structure are completely customisable.

This work can either be completed by you the customer utilising the unique flow-chart GUI in our product, or by our skilled professional services team.

Once the data is harvested, there are many output options:

• Directly entered into your existing ODBC database
• Sent as an emailed file to a nominated email address (.csv, or .txt)
• FTPed to a specified FTP Server for collation

You can purchase this product outright, to have it hosted on a server within your server room, or you can select our managed service, with our hosted solution. It's up to you.
