How to upgrade Dialogic drivers

When you upgrade or re-install Dialogic drivers, you must completely remove the existing drivers, before installing new drivers.

1. Remove the Dialogic drivers using the Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove programs.
2. The above does not typically remove everything.
   • Go to the Dialogic install disk
   • Browse to the Cleanup folder
   • Run the dlgc_rel_clean.bat script
3. Then re-install drivers. See our install guide.
